Terms and Conditions – Dunnstown Football Netball Club Cost of Living Raffle

 

1. Promoter

The promoter of this raffle is Dunnstown Football Netball Club, located in Victoria, Australia.

 

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Members of the Dunnstown Football Netball Club and their immediate families are eligible to participate unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Ticket Information

Tickets are priced at $10 each.Each ticket purchased provides one entry into the draw.Ticket sales close at the time specified by the Club prior to the draw.

4. Draw Details

The raffle will be drawn on Sunday, August 2nd, at the 107 Club Luncheon.Winners will be announced at the event and published on the Club’s website.

5. Prizes

• 1st Prize: Payment of bills up to the value of $10,000.

• 2nd Prize: Payment of bills up to the value of $3,000.

• 3rd Prize: Payment of bills up to the value of $1,000.

 

6. Prize Conditions

• No cash payouts will be made under any circumstances.

• Winners must supply valid bills or invoices for payment directly to the service provider.

• Bills must be in the winner’s name and relate to legitimate living expenses (e.g., utilities, rent, insurance, education, medical, or similar household costs).

• All bills must be submitted for payment no later than 1 August 2027.

• The Club reserves the right to verify the authenticity of bills before payment.

 

7. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner does not submit eligible bills by the deadline, the prize will be forfeited.

 

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this raffle and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

 

9. Disputes

Any disputes will be handled by the Dunnstown Football Netball Club Committee, whose decision is final.

 

10. Permits and Compliance

This raffle is conducted in accordance with Victorian raffle regulations and relevant laws governing community fundraising.
